One of the principle area of concern to clients and regulators has been the issue of sytem losses from the impact that high losses have on their business and the contribution this makes towards climate change.

Following discussion with major clients Cre8 have scoped Kestrel a major new active network management and losses product and research initiative to enble both technical and non-technical losses to be easily and accurately quantified and geographically located. An advanced expert system will identify appropriate targeted solutions including both proven conventional and leading-edge dynamic solutions.

Kestrel has been submitted to the TSB colloborative Technology Programme with a consortium of leading research institutions.
